Further Terminal Information

Travelling on the Pine Harbour services

If you are travelling to or from Pine Harbour and the City you will need to head down to the wharf 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to get in the queue. We don't sell tickets onboard. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.

If you have a group wanting to travel we recommend you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) ahead of the day so we can ensure we have scheduled a ferry of the correct size to carry all passengers.

GBI - Friday 27th December
Friday 27th December the 7.30am sailing ex Hamer St to Tryphena and 2pm ex Tryphena to Hamer St is cancelled due to weather conditions. 

We have now scheduled in an alternative sailing on Sunday 29th December at 3pm ex Half Moon Bay to Tryphena and return at 9pm ex Tryphena to Half Moon Bay

The 7.30pm sailing ex Hamer St to Tryphena - Friday 27th December is not cancelled.

Thursday 26th December - GBI cancellation
Thursday 26th December - The sailing at 7.30pm ex Hamer St to Tryphena and return at 1am on Friday 27th December ex Tryphena to Hamer St is cancelled due to rough weather conditions.

We have scheduled in an alternative one way sailing only on Friday 27th December at 7.30pm ex Hamer St to Tryphena.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
