  • Standard Vehicle - A standard vehicle fare applies to any vehicle with a length of less than 5.5 metres and less than 2 tonnes in weight. This fare category includes most standard cars, utes, vans, and small trucks that fall within this size range.
Large vehicle - A large vehicle exceeds 5.5 metres in length but no longer 5.99 metres and is less than 7 tonnes in weight, including larger utes, vans and light trucks. This fare category is designed for larger vehicles that don't fit within the standard size limits, reflecting the additional space and resources required for their transport. In some instances, when a vehicle is less than 5.5m but weighs over 2 tonnes it becomes a large vehicle due to weight.
Oversize vehicle - A oversize vehicle exceeds 6 metres but is no longer than 7 metres in length and less than 7 tonnes in weight, including some light trucks and large vans. This fare category is intended for vehicles that significantly exceed typical size limits, requiring additional space and handling for transportation.
Supersize vehicleA supersize vehicle refers to vehicles that are larger or heavier than large or oversized vehicles, including heavy trucks, buses, and other large commercial vehicles. These vehicles typically exceed 7 metres in length and 7 tonnes in weight. Please note: if a vehicle is more than 7 tonnes, but shorter than 7 metres, it is considered a supersize vehicle. This includes concrete trucks.
