Further Terminal Information

Travelling on the Pine Harbour services

If you are travelling to or from Pine Harbour and the City you will need to head down to the wharf 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to get in the queue. We don't sell tickets onboard. All passengers must have a ticket to be able to board the ferry.

If you have a group wanting to travel we recommend you call our Customer Service Team on (09) 300 5900 or 0800 SEALINK (0800 732 546) ahead of the day so we can ensure we have scheduled a ferry of the correct size to carry all passengers.

Timetable changes: Waiheke & Great Barrier Island
Please be advised due to the cyclone weather over the next few days, we have made the following changes to our timetable below: 

Great Barrier - Thursday 17th April - Cancelled
ex. Auckland to Tryphena 7.30am 
ex. Tryphena to Auckland 2pm 

Sunday 20th April - Cancellations and changes 

Waiheke cancellations: SQ sailings 
Ex Hamer street: 8.20am, 12pm, 4.30pm 
Ex Kennedy point: 10am, 2pm, 6.20pm 

Additional sailing to Tryphena
Ex Auckland: 7.30am
Ex Tryphena: 2.30pm

Pine Harbour Cancellations 16/04/2025
All pine harbour services are cancelled until further notice please see the following replacement buses and shuttles. 

Bus replacement from Pine harbour to Auckland stop 1323 Commerce Street
For the 0630, 0700, 0730, 0800 and 0830 

Shuttle replacement from Pine Harbour to Queen's Wharf 
For the 0910, 1020, 1140, 1300, 1420 2 x shuttles limited numbers . 

Shuttle replacement from Auckland Queens wharf to Pine Harbour
For the 0950, 1100, 1340, 1500, 1840, 1940

Bus replacement from Auckland to Pine Harbour stop 1323 Commerce Street
For the 1600, 1630, 1700, 1730, 1800

Wednesday 16th April - Great Barrier Island cancellation
Please be advised due to the forecasted weather conditions, the following sailings are cancelled to/from Port Fitzroy: 
ex Auckland: 7.30am 
ex Port Fitzroy: 2pm 

We have scheduled an additional sailing to Port Fitzroy for Saturday 19th April to replace the cancellation: 
ex Auckland: 9am 
ex Port Fitzroy: 3pm 


Saturday 19th April  
Waiheke timetable changes: The following sailings are cancelled
