Pine Harbour Cancellation 4/4/25
All Pine Harbour services are cancelled for today until further notice.

From Pine Harbour 
0910 - bus
1020 - 2 x shuttles
1140 - 2 x shuttles 
1300 - shuttle
1420  - shuttle

From Auckland 
1100 -  shuttle 
1220 -  shuttle
1340 - shuttle
1500 - shuttle

The bus will drop off at 1323 Commerce Street 

The shuttle's will operate to and from Queens Wharf  

Please note there could also be delays with alternative transportation due to road conditions

Pine Harbour Update 4/4/25
The 1500 service from Pine Harbour to Auckland Queens Wharf will be a shuttle

1600 from Auckland will be a bus leaving from stop 1323 Commerce Street

All Pine Harbour services on ferry's will resume from 1600 Pine Harbour and 1640 from Pier 3 Auckland

Ferry check-in times

Waiheke Island & Great Barrier Island 

  • Check-in 30 minutes prior to departure to or from Waiheke Island
  • Check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to or from Great Barrier Island

Due to loading requirements, boarding will close 20 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and 15 minutes prior for foot passengers.

Please note: To get everyone loaded and ensure the ferry departs on time, we can’t guarantee passage if you’re running late.

Remember to ensure your vehicles are clean before arriving at our terminals as heavily soiled vehicles and machinery may be turned away from our vessels due to fear of spreading Kauri Die Back Disease to the Hauraki Gulf Islands.
