Waiheke Island services
We offer regular weekday freight sailings to and from Waiheke Island. We offer a variety of options depending on the service you require. Branch to branch, branch to door or door to door as per services below. If you're sending freight to Waiheke Island, you can drop off between 6.30am and 4.30pm weekdays. Please ensure your goods are booked in prior to delivery to the branch. See branch locations for more details.
Forklifts are available at our Auckland and Waiheke branch to load/unload your freight (max capacity 2.5 tonne)
Please note: Freight will not be accepted at the ferry terminals.
Crane truck & Hiab services
We offer specialised services around Waiheke Island.
- Palletised products - plants and general freight to chilled and frozen goods
- Building supplies - timber, poles, steel, blocks and roofing materials
- Shipping Containers - 10ft or 20ft (empty)
We operate specialised vehicles to cater for all your chilled and frozen goods.
We operate a dedicated courier van on Waiheke offering a door-to-door next day delivery service. You can also ship your items to and from the island. Use our online form if you need more details.
We can offer everything from freighting a single furniture item right through to a full house removal;
- Full house furniture shifts are completed on Fridays (check with our team if you need assistance on a different day as we try our best to accommodate requests)
- Auckland pick ups - Monday & Wednesday
- Waiheke deliveries - Tuesday & Thursday
- Capacity - 30-35 cubic metres

Great Barrier Island services
We offer regular sailings to Great Barrier Island (timetables do vary in winter). Services are from our branch in Auckland to the wharf in Great Barrier.
Great Barrier freight drop off and delivery
To ensure we get your goods delivered on time please ensure you drop off by 12 noon the day before the sailing. Check ferry schedule now. All consignments must be paid at time of drop off or before being dispatched, as we are unable to accept cash on delivery. We ask that your freight is packed correctly, clearly addressed with contact details prior to dropping at our Auckland branch so in East Tamaki.
Freight can be picked up from the wharf in person, or you can arrange a local operator to pick up on your behalf. Deliveries are to both Tryphena and Port Fitzroy on different days so please check our ferry timetables prior to choosing your preferred day as we don't want to find they end up at the wrong end of the island.
